Is the deposit refundable?+
Long-distance moves require a 50% non-refundable deposit — it pre-books one-way truck rentals, crew return flights, and multiple days on our schedule to lock in your logistics.
Will the same crew handle my whole move?+
Yes — the team that loads your home is the one that drives and unloads it, so nothing gets handed off to strangers.

Piano Moving

Yes — it's highly recommended. Even with the most careful technique, changes in temperature, humidity, and the move itself will naturally pull a piano out of tune. Let it acclimate to its new room for a couple of weeks, then have a professional tuner service it.
Can you move a piano up or down from a basement?+
Yes — we regularly move uprights and grands into and out of basements. Because basements often have tight turns, landings, and varied step counts, we quote these case-by-case to send the right equipment.
Do you only move pianos in Utah?+
While we're based in Utah, we frequently handle long-distance piano moves to surrounding states — including Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and California.
Hot Tub Moving
View service →Do I need to prep the hot tub before you arrive?+
Yes — it must be fully drained, dried, and disconnected from its 220V power by a licensed electrician or the homeowner before our crew arrives.
Do you offer standalone disposal runs?+
To protect our schedule for moving clients, donation and disposal runs are offered exclusively as an add-on to an existing moving, delivery, or labor-only job.
Will you provide a donation receipt for my taxes?+
If we drop your items at a recognized charity or donation center, we're happy to grab a blank donation receipt and hand it over when we finish.
Furniture Delivery & Setup
View service →Do you pick up from retail stores and warehouses?+
Yes — from a store, loading dock, or private residence. Just give us the pickup address and any necessary order number or release name.
Will you get rid of the cardboard and packing materials?+
With the Delivery & Full Set-Up option, yes — once your furniture is assembled and placed, we clean up and haul away the packaging.
Can you take away my old furniture while you're here?+
We can — we also offer junk removal. Let us know when you request your quote so we can account for the truck space and disposal fee.
Designer Delivery & Installs
View service →Do you bring tools for assembly?+
Yes — our crews arrive fully equipped with the hand and power tools needed to build beds, attach table legs, and assemble standard furniture, so you don't have to lift a finger.
What if I just need you to move the client's existing furniture out of the way?+
We do that too — labor-only is available. We can clear a room, move old furniture to the garage or basement, and even run a donation or disposal for a flat fee.
Home Staging

Yes — we load directly from your storage facility, a third-party warehouse, or a retail store and transport it straight to the listing.
Will you help arrange the furniture in the home?+
Absolutely — we work under your direction, carrying items into the right rooms and adjusting until it looks perfect for the listing photos.
Donation & Disposal
View service →Can you donate items instead of trashing them?+
Yes — if your items are still in good shape, we'll drop them at a local charity or donation center of your choice rather than the dump.
Is this a standalone service?+
Donation and disposal runs are offered as an add-on to an existing moving, delivery, or labor-only job.
Safe Moving
View service →Do I need to empty my safe before you move it?+
Yes — for crew safety and to protect your valuables, all guns, ammo, documents, and valuables must be removed before we arrive.
What if I don't know my safe's weight?+
Find the manufacturer's plate or sticker, give us the make and model, and we'll look up the factory weight specifications.
Do you move safes over 1,100 lbs?+
At this time our maximum is 1,100 lbs on flat terrain and 750 lbs over stairs, for the safety of our team and your property.
