How our delivery schedule works
The day before
We finalize routes and reach out around 3:00 PM with a 2-hour arrival window. Let us know of any strict time constraints.
Delivery day
Our crew calls or texts about 20 minutes before we pull up during your window, so you're ready.

Disassembly
If a fridge won't fit through your entryway, we safely remove appliance doors — and even your home's doors — then reassemble everything perfectly.
Stairs & steps
Heavy appliances need specialized dollies, ramps, and extra crew to navigate stairs safely — billed at a clear, upfront fee per flight.
Pricing is based on the appliance's size, weight, and brand; your chosen service level (delivery only vs. full installation); the number of stairs or flights; and whether complex disassembly (removing fridge or house doors) is required — no hidden fees.
