Summit County movers,
white-glove, mountain-grade.

Park City and the Snyderville Basin are where our white-glove work lives — designer installs, resort condos with scheduled loading docks, and estates that expect museum-level care. We come up Parleys ready for exactly that, with one written flat rate and a crew built for careful work.

The mountain market runs on a different gear.

Most moving markets are about volume. Summit County is about standards. The furniture is designer-sourced, the buildings have rules, the homeowners are often three time zones away, and the people coordinating the work — designers, agents, property managers — stake their reputations on how the day goes. This is the county where our white-glove services do their best work, and our crews treat the drive up I-80 from Salt Lake City as a shift into that higher gear: more protection, more communication, more patience.

The logistics are still ours to own. We're based in Lehi, we quote every Summit job off a real walkthrough — in person or over video — and the price arrives as one written flat rate with travel spelled out inside it, not appended to it. After 1,000+ moves, we've learned that the mountain market forgives almost nothing and rewards preparation — so preparation is what we sell.

Old Town: mining-era streets, museum-grade care.

Park City's Old Town is one of the trickiest places to move furniture in Utah, and we mean that affectionately. The streets are steep, narrow, and short on parking; the historic homes climb the hillside with tight landings, low doorways, and staircases from the mining era; and in winter, snowbanks shrink everything further. A successful Old Town move is planned like a small production: where the truck stages, how each oversized piece routes through the house, which items get disassembled before they ever meet a doorway.

That's why the walkthrough matters more here than almost anywhere. By the time our crew sets a dolly on an Old Town sidewalk, the plan already accounts for the hill, the landing, and the one cabinet that has to come in through the deck. Wrap-first handling and floor protection on our Mid and Premium tiers do the rest.

Deer Valley and the resort condos: moves by appointment.

Resort properties move on reservations. Deer Valley and the condo buildings around Park City run scheduled loading docks, reserved elevators, HOA rules, and quiet hours — and a moving company that treats those as suggestions becomes a story the building manager tells for years. We work the opposite way: tell us the building's requirements when you book, and the move gets built around them. Our standard rhythm — day-before confirmation around 3:00 PM with a two-hour window, a twenty-minute call-ahead from the crew — exists precisely so a reserved dock and an arriving truck meet on time.

Many of these homes are second homes, which means the owner is often somewhere else entirely. No problem: walkthroughs happen by live video call or an uploaded video, quotes and booking happen remotely, and the property manager or designer can hold the keys. You see the finished room; we handle everything between. And when the household itself is arriving from out of state, our long-distance service carries it end to end — one-way trucks with the crew flown home afterward, and the team that loads your old home is the same one that unloads it at altitude.

The basin: Kimball Junction to Promontory.

Day to day, most of the county's moving happens in the Snyderville Basin. Kimball Junction is the working hub, with Jeremy Ranch, Pinebrook, and Silver Summit stacked along I-80 — homes that move like family homes anywhere, just with better views and longer staircases. East of them, communities like Promontory hold estate-scale properties where the manifest reads like a gallery inventory: oversized art, custom furniture, and pianos destined for great rooms. We've moved pianos since 2014 on flat base rates by size with published per-step fees — the standard $150-per-hour round-trip travel rate outside the Salt Lake Valley is in the quote before you book — and climate-controlled piano storage is available when the house isn't ready for the instrument yet. Family moves through the basin run on the same three tiers as everywhere else we work — Value, Mid, and Premium — so a Pinebrook household can buy exactly as much help as it wants, from load-and-haul to full pro-packing.

Reveal day, install day, listing day.

Summit County is the natural home of our trade work. For interior designers, our designer delivery and install crews collect sourced pieces from receiving warehouses, storage units, or showrooms, lay floor protection, assemble what needs assembling, place every piece under your direction, and haul away the debris before the client pulls into the driveway. Full installs run on hourly rates with single heavy deliveries quoted flat, and the standard out-of-valley travel fee is noted in the quote — never discovered after.

The same care extends to stagers and agents — staging delivery, setup, and destaging priced per room — and to the RH delivery program, our dedicated white-glove service for Restoration Hardware pieces, which suits this county like it was designed for it. If your business dresses mountain homes for a living, we're the crew that makes the heavy part look easy.

Kamas, the east county, and the edge of the map.

Past the basin the county opens up. Kamas — the gateway to the Mirror Lake Highway — anchors a quieter valley with Oakley and Francis beside it, where moves involve more barns, more gravel, and the same flat-rate honesty. Coalville and Henefer follow I-80 north through ranch country. And while the Heber Valley sits next door over the county line, the Summit side of that line is regular ground for us from Old Town to the last gravel driveway in Francis. Start at the quote form or browse the rest of our service area — tell us what's moving and when, and a written flat-rate quote usually lands the same business day.

Local answers

Summit County moving questions.

Can you work within Deer Valley and Park City HOA and elevator rules?+
That's normal operating procedure up here. Resort buildings run on scheduled loading docks, reserved elevators, and quiet hours — share the building's requirements when you book and we plan the move around them. We confirm the day before around 3:00 PM with a 2-hour window, and the crew calls about 20 minutes out, so your reservation and our truck arrive together.
We're furnishing a second home but live out of state — how does this work?+
Smoothly, and mostly over video. Walkthroughs happen by live video call or a video you upload to our secure portal, the quote comes back as one written flat rate, and a deposit locks the date — 25% (fully refundable up to 48 hours out) for local work, or 50% non-refundable for long-distance moves, which pre-books the one-way trucks and crew logistics.
Is there a travel charge to Park City?+
Travel is never a surprise line item. Whatever applies to your job is spelled out in the written flat-rate quote before you book. Published specialty rates work the same way: designer deliveries and staging outside the Salt Lake Valley carry a standard travel fee, and pianos run $150 per hour round trip outside the valley — all stated up front.
Do you handle Restoration Hardware and other high-end furniture deliveries?+
Yes — RH deliveries are a dedicated program for us, and white-glove work is the heart of what we do in Summit County. We receive, deliver, assemble, and place designer pieces under your direction, then haul every scrap of packaging away before anyone sees the room.
