Saratoga Springs movers,
keeping pace with the west shore.

Saratoga Springs has spent the last decade turning lakeshore fields into neighborhoods, and we've been moving families into them the whole time. New-build closings, brand-new floors, builder timelines — this is the move our process was built around.

The west shore filled in fast. We kept up.

Fifteen years ago, much of the land between Redwood Road and the west shore of Utah Lake was open field. Today it's one of the fastest-growing stretches in the state — master-planned neighborhoods unrolling phase by phase, with framing crews on one block and move-in day on the next. We've been moving families into Saratoga Springs through that whole arc, more than a thousand moves across the region now, and the rhythm of this city is familiar to every crew we run: new streets, new floor plans, and closings that don't always land on the day the contract promised.

That last part shapes how we work here more than anything else. A Saratoga Springs move is usually tied to a brand-new house, and brand-new houses come with builder schedules, final walkthroughs, and key handoffs that slide. So our process is built to absorb the wobble instead of charging you for it.

Closing day moves. Your quote doesn't.

Every job starts with a real walkthrough — in person, on a live video call, or from a video you upload — and ends with one guaranteed flat price. No hourly clock-watching, no separate truck charge, and anything travel-related spelled out in writing before you book. The day before the move we finalize routes and reach out around 3:00 PM with a two-hour arrival window, and the crew calls about twenty minutes before pulling up. If the builder pushes your closing, the 25% booking deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours out — rescheduling is a phone call, not a penalty.

New-construction closings also come with rules — what can park on fresh concrete, when the driveway is fair game, which door the crew uses. Tell us what your builder requires when you book and we'll fold it into the plan. It's easier to follow the rules than to argue with a site superintendent on what should be the best day of your year.

Treat the new house like it's still the model home.

There's a particular pressure to moving into a house nobody has ever lived in: the first scuff is yours forever. Our local moving tiers are built around how much of that pressure you want us to carry. Value keeps it simple — load, haul, unload, with essentials wrapped once they're in the truck. Mid adds disassembly of beds and bulky pieces, in-home wrapping of the fragile stuff, and targeted floor protection for hardwood and high-traffic paths. Premium is the full treatment: complete wrapping, complete floor protection, disassembly and reassembly, and pro-packing of your entire home before the truck ever arrives.

Premium also comes with our tote system — heavy-duty, water-resistant totes that stay at your new house for seven full days, so you can unpack at your own pace instead of racing a cardboard mountain. When you're done, we collect the empties; if you'd rather keep them for the garage shelves, you can buy them outright.

The second wave: spas, safes, and Saturday deliveries.

New houses keep filling up long after moving day, and the heaviest arrivals tend to come second. Backyard spas are a west-side favorite, and moving one is genuinely a specialist's job — an empty hot tub runs 500 to 1,000 pounds, which is why we bring the right dollies and a trained crew rather than optimism. Two prep notes before we arrive: the tub must be fully drained and as dry as possible, and it has to be disconnected from its 220V hardwired power by a licensed electrician or the homeowner — our crews don't touch high-voltage connections.

Gun safes follow their own clear rules: up to 1,100 pounds on flat ground, 750 over stairs, with professional floor anchoring for a flat $150 so the safe stays exactly where you put it. And when the new sectional or the upgraded fridge is ready, we'll collect it from the showroom, warehouse, or a private seller, carry it in, assemble and level what needs it, handle standard hookups, and haul every scrap of packaging away.

Arriving from out of state.

A lot of Saratoga Springs homeowners didn't move across town — they moved across the country. Our long-distance service is built for exactly that landing: full-service one-way hauls where we rent the truck one direction and fly the crew home, shared loads that split travel costs when your dates are flexible, and a load/unload hybrid where you drive and we handle the lifting on the Utah end. The walkthrough happens by video from wherever you are, packing rides in heavy-duty boxes built for the long haul, and a 50% non-refundable deposit locks in the trucks, flights, and crew days that make an interstate move run on time.

Getting on the calendar.

With Redwood Road running the length of the city and the Mountain View Corridor connecting it to everything north, Saratoga Springs is an easy reach from our Lehi headquarters — close enough that we can often field a crew same-day or next-day, depending on the season. Start on the quote form with your addresses, dates, and what's moving; we'll send a ballpark, then a walkthrough turns it into a single flat price you can plan around.

We cover the whole picture beyond the city, too — the rest of our service area sees these same trucks every week, and our crews are just as at home next door in Eagle Mountain. But Saratoga Springs holds a particular place in our book: it's where Utah's newest neighborhoods meet a moving company that's been doing this since before these streets had names.

Local answers

Saratoga Springs moving questions.

Our closing date keeps sliding — can you stay flexible?+
That's normal in Saratoga Springs and we plan for it. We confirm every detail the day before around 3:00 PM with a 2-hour arrival window, and your flat-rate quote doesn't change just because the calendar did. The 25% booking deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours before the move, so rescheduling isn't a penalty.
How do you protect a brand-new house during move-in?+
Like it's still the model home. The Mid tier includes targeted floor protection for hardwood and high-traffic paths plus in-home wrapping of key fragile items; Premium adds full floor protection, full wrapping, and complete disassembly and reassembly. Fresh paint and first-week floors deserve that level of caution.
Can you move our hot tub to the new place?+
Yes — empty spas run 500 to 1,000 pounds, so this is exactly the kind of job that needs specialized dollies and a trained crew. Two prep items before we arrive: the tub must be fully drained and as dry as possible, and it has to be disconnected from its 220V hardwired power by a licensed electrician or the homeowner — our crews don't handle high-voltage connections.
We're relocating to Saratoga Springs from out of state — what are our options?+
Several. We run full-service one-way hauls — we rent the truck one direction and fly the crew home — plus shared loads that split travel costs when your dates are flexible, and a load/unload hybrid where you drive and we do the lifting on the Utah end. The walkthrough happens by live video call or an uploaded video, and a 50% non-refundable deposit locks in the trucks, flights, and schedule.
