Mid adds disassembly of beds and bulky pieces, in-home wrapping of the fragile stuff, and targeted floor protection for hardwood and high-traffic paths. Premium is the full treatment: complete wrapping, complete floor protection, disassembly and reassembly, and pro-packing of your entire home before the truck ever arrives.

Premium also comes with our tote system — heavy-duty, water-resistant totes that stay at your new house for seven full days, so you can unpack at your own pace instead of racing a cardboard mountain. When you're done, we collect the empties; if you'd rather keep them for the garage shelves, you can buy them outright.

The second wave: spas, safes, and Saturday deliveries.

New houses keep filling up long after moving day, and the heaviest arrivals tend to come second. Backyard spas are a west-side favorite, and moving one is genuinely a specialist's job — an empty hot tub runs 500 to 1,000 pounds, which is why we bring the right dollies and a trained crew rather than optimism. Two prep notes before we arrive: the tub must be fully drained and as dry as possible, and it has to be disconnected from its 220V hardwired power by a licensed electrician or the homeowner — our crews don't touch high-voltage connections.

Gun safes follow their own clear rules: up to 1,100 pounds on flat ground, 750 over stairs, with professional floor anchoring for a flat $150 so the safe stays exactly where you put it. And when the new sectional or the upgraded fridge is ready, we'll collect it from the showroom, warehouse, or a private seller, carry it in, assemble and level what needs it, handle standard hookups, and haul every scrap of packaging away.

Arriving from out of state.
