The Mid tier wraps key fragile items in-home before they travel and lays targeted floor protection along hardwood and high-traffic paths; Premium wraps everything, protects everything, and adds full disassembly, reassembly, and pro-packing. In a house with original hardwood under fifty years of carpet, that's not an upsell — it's the difference between moving out and moving out clean.
One more note specific to older houses: kitchens. Orem homes were framed when refrigerators were narrower, so a modern fridge often measures wider than the doorway it has to pass through. Our appliance crews handle that calmly — doors come off the appliance, and off the house if needed, and everything gets rehung before we leave. The new unit ends up placed, leveled, and hooked up for standard connections, with the packaging gone.

Ask any Orem family what's downstairs and a piano is a safe guess. We've moved them since 2014 — uprights, grands, and the organs nobody remembers buying — on flat base rates by piano size, with stairs at $10 per step for grands and tall uprights and $5 for short uprights. Two useful extras: climate-controlled piano storage is available if the new house isn't ready, and once your piano lands, give it a couple of weeks to acclimate before scheduling a tuning.

A long tenure makes for a layered move, and a lot of our Orem work involves families downsizing after decades in the same house. The Premium tier earns its keep here: our crew pro-packs the entire home into heavy-duty, water-resistant totes that stay at the new place for seven full days — so unpacking happens at a human pace, not a panicked one. We collect the empties when you're done, or you can buy them to keep.
For everything that isn't making the trip, we'll fold a donation drop-off or dump run into the move as an add-on — a flat fee to haul away the exact piece we're replacing, or our hourly rate plus dump fees for a fuller clear-out. Items in good shape go to the charity or donation center you choose, and we'll grab a donation receipt while we're there.

Our commercial crews move offices, storefronts, and heavy equipment after hours and on weekends, so the doors close Friday at one address and open Monday at the next.
