RH Outlet typically requires items to be picked up within 48 hours of purchase (new inventory usually arrives Tuesdays and Thursdays), so we move fast. Standard delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 11 AM–4 PM (RH opens at 10 AM). Buy on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday? RH typically gives us the flexibility to schedule your delivery for Monday or Tuesday morning. We finalize routes around 3 PM the day before with a 2-hour window, and the crew calls or texts about 20 minutes before arrival.

Clear the path

Make sure there's a clear path from the entry to the furniture's final spot — move rugs and clear hallways, doorways, and stairs.

Measure twice

Double-check that your new (often large) RH piece fits the space and clears every doorway and tight corner along the way.

Prepare the area

Have the room clean, clear of old furniture, and ready for the new piece.

Parking & access

Note any parking limits, permits, gate codes, steep driveways, or complex layouts in the special instructions so we arrive prepared.

Children & pets

For everyone's safety, please keep kids and pets clear of the path while our crew is carrying heavy items.
